Error on Registration of Purchase Order

Hi AX users!

We’ve been facing these ‘somewhat’ error whereas when we are trying to register or pick on the Registation/Pick Form won’t appear. To further illustrate, see screenshots of a sample PO below:

Instance: Virtual Company

  1. Create purchase order

  1. Fill in PO lines

  1. Select Update Line > Registration

Here comes the problem: Supposedly, a new form ‘Registration’ should appear as below:

Unfortunately, nothing shows up even when we create Sales Order.

You have not given the information about the product, the registration will not be available for service items and category based lines.

From the screens i can see the Purchase Type as Journal, so there will not be any registration (As type journal will not allow any inventory transactions)…

Why does it say it is a virtual company at the top?

AdamRoue it means that we were using a Virtual Company setup. Kranthi’s reply solved this ‘somewhat’ error, but more of a HUMAN error hahha!!! By the way thanks for replying as well. [:)]
