error occurs while click on production journal button in production order

Entry Type must not be changed when a quantity is reserved in Item Journal Line Journal Template Name=‘PROD.ORDER’,Journal Batch Name=‘username’,Line No.=‘240000’.

only one user occurs this error message while enter in to production journal. while other user have no problem when they enter in to production journal.

Did you tried debugging and see which line of code is invoking this?
