I have a error…when I post payment journal.
(Dynamics AX 2012 R2)

I use Thailand localization function “Withholding tax”.
I get a this erro in case only incluid “Withholding tax” in journal,
I can post journal not incluid “Withholding tax”.

How can I solve this ?? Could anyone help me ??

Hi Yuji,

I also experienced the same error. Temporarily, I asked the client to reencode the transaction to post the transaction. But as this includes a back end editing of data, this is a temporary action.

Have you resolved this issue? Can you post it here?

I get a this error in some Journal in case only included “Withholding tax” in journal,

But some Journal same type post fine.

How can I solve this ?? Could anyone help me ??

Hi Yuji,

Try checking if you maximize the number of Enterprise user. We experience the same issue and managed to temporarily solve it by checking the maximum number of enterprise user. It seems that it happens whenever we exceed the number of maximum enterprise users…

Anyway, did you solve this issue?

Hi Yuji,

Try changing the Voucher Number sequence for the Payment Voucher. It worked for me.
