Error message: Unit of Measure Code must have a value in Agency Document Line: Document Type=Order, Document No.=___, Line No.=20000. It cannot be zero or empty

Hi, I’m getting the following error message when trying to post and ship the items, “Unit of Measure Code must have a value in Agency Document Line: Document Type=Order, Document No.=___, Line No.=20000. It cannot be zero or empty”. The items in the sales order and the inventory pick cards have a unit of measure. I’ve tried deleting the line number, and I’m still getting the same error message but for a different line No. Here is a screenshot:

Is there an ISV associated with this page? That error message does not seem to be standard BC/NAV. I noticed in the ribbon there is an “Agency Top Off” worksheet. I don’t recognize that as being part of the base product. What ISVs are installed in your environment? My recommendation is to start there.
