Which version of NAV are you using. I too had the same issue and when we went to a higher version of Cumulative update this issue was resolved.

Did you find a solution to your question? If yes please let us know how you solved it, if not please tell us a bit more, like which version it is about.

For the info in event log, is NAV 2015 CU 40459 but we don’t have enought info to give you something to try.

As @sbhatbng said, it can be a problem with that CU. Try to update NAV to 2015 latest CU, you can do a technical update (only update server and client, but not objects) to test if it works.
