Error creating Invoice

Hello Folks,

I keep getting this error message each time i try to create an invoice :

’ Sales Header table does not have an active key that starts with the following field(s) : Sell Customer No…’ Anyone please help me. [*-)]

Go to object designer. Go to table 36 - Sales Header. Check if key Sell-to Customer No.,External Document No. is disabled.
