Enable Trace Flag for SQL Server 2012 Express

Dear Experts,

I’m currently trying to setup NAV 5.0 SP1 with SQL Server 2012 Express, it comes to a point I need to enable the trace flag 4616, but unfortunately the ‘Startup Parameters’ option is dimmed and non editable.

Can anyone provide me any idea on how to enable the ‘Startup Parameters’ ?

For your information, the ‘Startup Parameters’ can be found as shown in this print screen.
