We are trying to find a way to exclude or mass delete email signature attachments as they are clogging up the Timeline, Attachments tab and the Attachments table. The issue we have is we have several Service Teams that send and receive screenshots through email which can also be small .png and .jpg files. I have looked through a lot of the resources out there and there doesn’t seem to be a way to resolve this. Has anyone else managed to overcome this issue?
Unfortunately I haven’t found a tool or process for this. The problem is, the images are in the email, so if you remove the image, you have to remove the email. (I think) But I would recommend a purge based on created on date. Just get rid of anything the business doesn’t need to see via a bulk delete job that runs once a year or however often.

We were not able to find a way to do this either. However, we implemented MSCRM-AddOn’s, which moves the email attachment and content from CDS to Azure Blob storage which is much cheaper.
