Why does the Email Sending Status takes like forever [Waiting] when i click restart send. Below is a snap shot.

Probably because your E-mail distributor batch hasn’t been set up to run often enough.

My Email Distributor batch>Recurrence has been set to
No End Date
and Recurring Pattern to
10 Minutes/Count

Is the batch actually running or not?
If not, you probably don’t have any batch server or it’s not configured to run this batch.
Batch processing for Emails and Alerts has been running in server.
