Editing tables from Excel

Hello everybody,

I’m using AX 2009.

I want to export data from tables to Excel, to edit some lines on Excel and then to import them back to AX2009.

My problem is that I can’t import data if I haven’t erased it before. So in case I don’t export all the fields of a table when I import it back that field is empty because data were erased previously. Any idea or help?

I think the easiest solution would be writing your own code for it. Or you can upgrade to AX 2012 and use the Excel Add-in.
