Hi,
When I try to create a payment proposal, I get the message “Edit payment proposal is empty”. Why does this message appear?
I do not get vendor payment proposal dialog where I can view open transactions and payment proposal.
Could any please let me know where I am going wrong.

On payment proposal, you have two options, Create and Edit. Is the message coming in both the cases?
Also, try this with a payment journal? See whether you are getting error there also?

Yes, I am getting this message for create as well as edit.
Also tried with the payment journal. I am getting the same error. If you can explain the background of this error, may be this could help…

Any filters on teh payment proposal? What are you trying to pay? So first question is - is there anything to pay that is due?
