Can I have existing options for integrating an EDI with transportation management into F&O during sales and purchases processes?
I would like to have some ideas about better EDI integration with F&O ( Sales ; purchases and transportation management)

Hi @bof4all, there are ISV products out there which can help with the integration. You can do a google search for it. However, note that ISV solutions are expensive, they always require customizations as when it comes to EDI, there is no 1 solution fits all. Also, the support is expensive, and we have seen a lot of delays with that too.
Due to this, one of my customer shifted from ISV solution to a homegrown solution for EDI. We implemented an entire solution for handling PO integration starting from PO receiving to sending confirmations, ASNs, invoices, sending inventory details, etc. We also provided a custom form to catch issues with EDI data, or missing setups in system where users can go and resolve the errors. This proved to be the best decision as any issues had a quick turnaround time, most of the time they didn’t need any technical intervention & their clients are very happy after this new implementation as the order placement process has become really smooth.
So based on your requirements, you can search for an appropriate EDI solution or build one if you have the time & capability.
