Below is the link of the walkthrough from which I am trying to set up Logging Email Interaction in MS Dynamics NAV for MS exchange server(Outlook).

I have been following Microsoft’s walkthrough on Installing and Setting Up Email Logging on Microsoft Exchange Server, but when I get to the point where I need to enter the Autodiscovery E-Mail Address in Marketing Setup and enter the e-mail address created, I cannot select a Queue Folder Path. Each time I try, I receive a message indicating “Exchange Server cannot be found.”
I have researched this issue and cannot find any information as to why I am running into this error. I have followed all of the instructions for setting up the Exchange account including checking all the permissions to the 2 public folders, but I just cannot seem to get past this error. The one thing that worries me is that our Exchange server is hosted. Any help on this would be very much appreciated.
While defining the path for Queue and Storage folder, I am getting the below error:
Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Exchange Server cannot be found.
