Can you help me how to enable my client monitor button? I’ve been searching for about 2 days but stil I can’t figure it out. I need this to enable for my user permission.

Seems that your license doesn’t have permission for running Client Monitor or this may be for the that the User doesn’t have permission for it.
Are you logged-in by SUPER user and check if granule 2000 is mentioned in your license (Tools>> License Information).

Yes I,m logged as a super user or as administrator. I guess you’r right Mr. Dhan. It seems that it is not included in my sofware license. I already checked it in license information. By the way is there any possible thing to do or any option to enble the client monitor Mr. Dhan?

Granule 2000 Client monitor is not available for BRL BE license - neither “packed”, nor as additional component, with BRL AM license it’s available as additional component. Exact pricing you may ask your Partner about.
