Dynamics NAV technical support module

My company is evaluating ERP systems and we 're aiming for Microsoft Dynamics, but one thing we didn’t find is a technical support module that would support ticketing. Does such a thing exist for Microsoft Dynamics? Inside the ERP or as an addon module.

Sorry for the late answer.

But you can use the Service Module for this. It might have a lot more functionality available than what you need, but you don’t have to use all the functionality if not required.
