One user that I support is having the problem with the same version of NAV 2018 CU4. She was able to change her views during rollout but now she gets this error.
Did deleting the user personalization resolve the problem for you?
Hello it is an known error that has been fixed but you need an update.
As Lars Sander says that in some cases you can go to Delete user Personalization and delete the page that crashes in the list.
