I’m going to take certification in NAV 2009. I’m currently working with NAV 2009 R2 but Classic interface only. However, the training materials are all referring to RTC UI. I did also use it before but not for a long time. So, preparing I’d need some Demo NAVI could keep in touch with RTC UI.
Please, advise from where I could download a Cronus 2009 RTC Demo. I do have a CustomerSource and a PartnerSource access and a Voice account.

Thank you very much. I did download it but it’s a backup file I’d need to restore. I do have NAV 5 for Demo where I’m not able to restore it due to the version. Then I have NAV 2009 R2 SQL Classic production and I do have NAV 2009 R2 Classic for a native db but I don’t have any native db to open it there I could restore the downloaded backup file.
Please, advise how I could resolve it. I’ll also need an RTC as that was the whole purpose of the exercise.

Sorry, for the confusion. I did actually restore the downloaded file in NAV 5 but it didn’t update the client as when I open Help it’s still saying Version NAV 5.0 SP1.
The NAV 2009 R2 Classic Client for native db that I have I cannot use to restore the downloaded file as I don’t have any native db to open it there to be able to do the restore.
And I also need RTC.
You need to have SQL Database to use RTC.
Is SQL Server installed in your machine? then you can restore backup available in DVD downloaded.
You can also install demo from DVD downloaded.
