The short answer is no.

The long answer is that you have different tools which can generate such a map for you. Just remember that there are a lot of tables and a lot of relations, whereby the result of such an automated map is going to be so detailed, that it will most likely end up confusing you more than helping you.

I agree with Erik. I created such diagrams and they can only serve as an overview of the tables.

I have created E/R diagrams for Navision 4.0 (http://navitools.com).

Alternative is to create a dynamic version of the diagrams with fewer tables on each diagram and links to detailed information about the tables. I did something similar for Odoo (http://useopenerp.com).
