Is there useful documentation of how the CRM and timesheet functionality works in NAV (2009 or later)?

For CRM you can find it on Customersource.

Had been using Replicon’s hassle free Timesheet Software solutions that has a nice 24*7 back up support. I think you can check online for various sources that could help you out.
