Document Handling

Hello group, some of our users can’t launch files attached Document Handling on x number of PC while others have no problem. These users have the same rights. Is there any user setting that could have prevented users from viewing these attached files?

Do they have the appropriate program to view the attachments? I.E. If you have a PDF attached, you might need Adobe PDF Viewer or if you have a .DOC attached, you would need Microsoft Word.

This user has tried on different PC. When others tried on these PC, they can pull up the file. Just not this certain user.

Is the client local on the machine? Do they use RDP/Citrix?

The user was using RDP to remote into the server same as those who were able to pull up the file from document handling. Also the client is on the server.

Try to reset Usage data for the users from their client machine.
