HI, i have this error when trying to “distribute amount” in PO (The Accounting distribution form is not available because there are no amounts to distribute)

The PO is confirm

The Product type of item is Service
-
Item model group configure for a service and it is OK
-
Item Group also is OK
also i cannot make correct in account distribution view it is locked.
Any Idea Please?
