Displaying specific list of cities in dropdown

Hi All,

I’m working on a report,in which i have a dropdown field listing all the ststes in the ‘AddressState’ Table.But i want to display only the states whose ‘CountryRegionId’ is ‘USA’. Is there any way to achieve this?
