Hi,

I want to fill a quality form with parameters like length for a item and store those values into database.then create a report with 2 sections.in the top section i want the item’ details already filled to be displayed.In the bottom section,i want to display a form to enter the sample parameters and in the column headers i want the sample parameters entered i the table like length,width in a tabular format.

You can use the caption class for this - have a look how the Prices including/excluding VAT work on a sales order (or the dimension headings)
