Display text captured on request page on report

Hi,

is it possible to have a free text field on the request page and then have is info displayed on the report and is you can how?

Yes,

Did you try by adding the SourceExpr value of field which is in Request Page in Visual Studio?

I’m not sure how to do that, I’m looking to add a free text field to the request page to capture about 20 characters

I think it is possible create a variable text 20 length and then in the request page add a new field with the variable in your source expression.

Creating a variable text has worked.
