Difference between UtilIdElements and UtilElements table

Hi,

Can anyone give me some idea, what’s the difference between UtildElements and UtiElements table.

In UtiIdElements table, there is a field “ID” , but in my table it shows me zero in every record.

In UtilElements, there is a field “Source”, but same again, in my table, it shows all values as zero.

Can anyone , tell me the difference…
