I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there are any fundamental differences between the US and UK versions of NF. I am wondering whether it would be possible to set up another company on my UK version of NF and do the accounting for an American company on it. In theory this should be possible as long as all US accounting practices and rules are observed. Can anyone help ? Many Thanks Kai Arter
Hi, US version has about 200 additional report (only few interesting) and Payroll system. You can use UK version for US company. Valentin Gvozdev BMI Inc.
The world wide product does not have Payroll or Vendor 1099’s as these functionalities were added to the US database. I set up a US client on the WW version and they are pretty happy. Some of the reports needed to be modified (i.e. Sales invoice showing VAT tax instead of Sales tax). Diana Burton Beck Consulting, Inc.
