Before I try to answer your question then I would like you to please read the descriptions of the forums you are posting to. I have just moved this topic from the “NAV/Navision Technical Forum” to the Beginners Forum. If this hasn’t been so much a beginners questions, then the Technical forum is for technical questions (network, database setup, installation etc.), not for questions regarding development. I have now moved almost all your post to date, and I’m a bit tired of doing just that.
It was actually my intension to answer your questions and give you the best answer. But whereas I do appriciate that beginners also posts here, then I must say that this first question really is below beginner level! [:’(]
I have to ask you to please take a introductory course in accounting and then some courses in Dynamics NAV (introduction, financial management and development). And that you read all the manuals. They are located on your product cd, or can be downloaded from this website. I can also recommend you the book “Programming Microsoft Dynamics NAV” by one of our moderators David Studebaker (you can find a link to the book on the frontpage).
