I am trying to add “No.2” field in chart of accounts through design feature but the thing is as soon as i drag and drop the feature then it shows error.
although i have done it through coding but still i want to figure out this issue.
How do you do it exactly? Because this should not be a bug.
Try typing System Information in search and let us know what build you are trying to do this in
US DYNAMICS NAV 13.0(25432)…its the version…
Moreover this feature was working nice. but suddenly as soon as i refreshed it stopped working … In the new account that i have created its working fine over there.

The version you’re running is the RTM 03 version, which means that is really only a version for testing not selling, because it is quite buggy. Try update 01 - you can find it at
community.dynamics.com/business/b
In most cases restarting the service fixes the issue, if not then go to Delete user personalization and delete the page if it listed there and restart the servicetier then it should work.
