Delivery Ticket

I am new to NAV and I have a ticket that states they are getting an error trying to print a delivery ticket. Now I can’t find anything about delivery ticket in NAV. Can someone please point me in the right direction as to where I would find errors when trying to print a delivery ticket.

I would start by asking the person that submitted the ticket for more information. Since the base product has no “Delivery Ticket”, where are they printing this from? Could me a customization, or part of an ISV product.

Next what are the errors. Ask for a screenshot. User will sometimes paraphrase messages. A change in a word or two can completely change the message meaning.
