I accidentally deleted models in the directory K:/AOSSERVICE/PACKAGELOCATIONDIRECTORY, which has caused issues. Unfortunately, I ended up deleting all the models, including the default ones for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Could anyone guide me on how to restore or recover all those models?

You can copy them from another development environment (with the same application version) or deploy a new environment.
Yes, I have another environment. So, I copied the packagelocaldirectory folder into the environment with the missing files. Are there any server-related settings in the metadata folder (within packagelocaldirectory), or will simply copying the files be enough to make it work?
It’ll work. Web application files (such as web.config) are stored elsewhere.
You just might want to review bin\DynamicsDevConfig.xml.
