the delete i con os not for me on the gris but an admin access is able to see.I have enough permissions on the table any guesses on this?

For making delete icon visible once check tools > customize , there check the standard checkbox …
i think this might work…
If, for the same record the admin able to delete and you are unable to, then it is the problem with permissions…
