Default Customer Time Zone and Country

This might be an obvious setup I might be missing but…On a customer is there a way to have the system default in the same time zone and country every single time a new customer is setup. I don’t want to have to keep going in and adding these default fields if I don’t have too.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi, where are these fields on the customer page?

If you are referring to “Add new Customer” Form in AX,
Try changing values in the below columns under (Tools-Options-General-) and see that helps you.

Default country/region
&
Prefered time zone

BTW - i didn’t find “time zone” that you are referring too in the Customers form.
