Date format in SSRS Reports and Workflows

Hi,

I have noticed that the Date format appears in MM-DD-YY format on the SSRS reports and on the Workflow Ribbon etc.

In my PC, my Regional settings has been set as DD-MMM-yy (06-Nov-14). But still when I open an SSRS report, the Printed date of the report appears in MM-DD-YY format. This is confusing. The same issue with the Dates appearing on the Workflow Ribbons.

Is there a way that we can change these dates formats, so all users view it in DD-MMM-YY format.

In SSRS reports, we can change the format of the date by clicking on the field properties.

We have Number group where we can assign the specific date formats.

Thanks for the reply. What about the Workflow Ribbon? Is it possible to change the format displayed over there?
