Database restore does not reflect new data in AX 2012

Hi All,

While trying to restore transaction database and model store from Production environment to Test environment, the new data

from Production environment is not displaying. Kindly, let me know step by step procedure to solve this problem.

Kindly, give us more information, such as what “is not displaying” actually means. Does it apply to all tables in all companies? Do you se the data if you look directly into database, instead of doing it through AX? Did you get any error?

I have recently done the same activity and I able to see all the latest data from PROD into my new TEST.

What are the steps that you did, can you please elaborate and at what point you are saying that you are facing the issue?
