D365F&O Warehouse Mobile App disconnection issue

We are using native warehouse app of D365F&O in RF Guns. The client upgraded to D365F&O less than a year ago. Everything was running smoothly till now. However, since last 3 weeks, they are facing issues of random disconnection in RF Guns. The screen keeps on loading & they have to login/try multiple times for it to work. This issue kept occurring for 3 days & then got solved on it’s own. Then it appeared again in few days, got resolved after a few days. Note that during this time, the same guns were able to connect to app of Oracle & they were able to work on it without any issues so network connectivity doesn’t seem to be an issue. Note that they have already tried to update the firmware to latest version & app is also updated to latest version.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? Any ideas on what to check and what could be the issue causing this randomly? Any help is appreciated. :slight_smile:

Can you connect using the emulator or the app directly from the windows store? On a pc or a different device.

Yes, the app was working fine in Emulator as well as mobile phones of multiple users (Android as well as IOS).

Microsoft checked the device logs & they said they can see that they have blocked several endpoints, like *.ces.microsoftcloud.com.

The network team of client checked the firewall logs for any traffic going to *ces.microsoftcloud.com and they only see allowed traffic based on the outbound rules. No blocks were found.

Client has asked for more details from Microsoft on the blocks they are seeing, but it’s been hard to get a response from them. They are not providing any concrete answers.

What emulation client are you using?
