I am using NAV 2013 and I am trying to customize the Sales Order Page to add a date to it and for it to auto populate with a date but I am not finding where to do that. I have already added the field to the Table and added it to the page I just need to know how to make it autopopulate a date.

What date do you want to auto populate? If TODAY then include in OnInsert area of table. If from another date type field add to OnValidate trigger on field of table.

Well thanks for the help but I cant get the C/AL Editor to come up the option is grayed out.

You need a developer license for that.

Nope sorry. You can write code in reports and data ports using the end user license. But not pages, forms or tables. So you need someone to develop this for you. This is the kind of thing we develop for our clients once we have quoted for. Or get your Nav partner (Solution Centre) to do.
