Customer Delivery Terms not reflecting correctly when creating sales order

Good day everyone,
Version: AX-2012
Earlier, a customer’s delivery terms under the customer record was PICKUP. It was working fine until it was changed to PREPAID recently. Now when a sales order is created for this customer, it shows the delivery terms as PICKUP. Instead it should be the newly changed PREPAID. For other customers, any change in delivery terms reflect fine in the sales order. So not sure where should it be tweaked in order to reflect the correct one.

Any help would be appreciated.

This issue is solved by the development team. They solved by making some changes in the backend table related to the customer.
