Can someone expain the follwing fields:
hey,
you are still confused. there is no such field “remaining amount” in “customer” table & “balance” in “cust. Ledger entry”.
But I think you would like this reply :—
Balance is net amount of all the transactions happened to that customer.
Whereas remaining amount is the net amount after tagging crdit amounts with bills.
Hence:–
Balance = sum of remaining amount.
remaining amount, sums the remaining amount in customer ledger entries, that means the unapplied entries. it is usually the same as balance.
