Customer address creation error

I’m getting the below error when creating address for the customer.

You’re asking in the developer forum, therefore I assume you can debug code. Please do it to understand where the error is thrown. We can’t connect to your system, therefore debugging is up to you.

You are trying to update a primary key with duplicated records, Please Check what is index on ShipCarrierAddress and verify you are inserting duplicate records into the index fields
