Custom form to be permission controlled - READ Only / WRITE Only

Please advise if a custom form can be permission controlled to make it VIEW only and WRITE Only for different set of users as per need.

Basically, fields in the form are editable and I am wishing to restrict through security and permissions.

Can this be achieved through development or standard ax? Please suggest!!

You need to create a menu item (entry point) assign to the privileges and further assigned to duties and roles depending on the requirement.
