Currency code " does not exist.

Hi Expert,

Im trying to void a check in check ledger entries but when I click un-apply and void check it gives me the error Currency code " does not exist.

I look and search in microsoft.com and it says regarding hotfix information (which i dont know how to do it).

“Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the “Applies to” section.”

How could i resolve this on my own? Please help…

It might happen during applying entry specific currency code is available and afterwards somebody deleted it .Kindly check whether currency code exist or not.

Hi,

yes, we have currency code (USD) and it has been there in the beginning of our NAV

and it is the first time we encountered such error

i dont know how to correct it

IS currency code exist in system or not ? or it is deleted .
