Critical On-Hand Inventory Report Dynamics AX 4.0

The Critical On-Hand Inventory Report displays the minimum stock quantity and the current onhand quantity for an item. Our report does not deduct reservations against the onhand quantity. For instance, we have a purchased item whose current onhand quantity = 10 ea. There is an open sales order which has created reservations for 10 ea of this same item. We have a minimum stock level of 20 ea. The Critical Onhand Inventory Report displays the item, the mimimum stock level quantity of 20 ea and the onhand quantity of 10 ea. Is there something that we need to do in order to get the report to consider the reservation quantity of 10 ea?

Thanks

There is nothing to fix, if you want the logic of the report to work differently you need to customize the report.

If it is reserved you need it, so it is no longer available and the safety stock obeys your logic (as planning would do) to correctly suggest you need stock based upon your configurations.
