We create a segment in Navision CRM. When logging the segment we create Interaction Log Entries for the contacts involved. Is it possible to automatically create follow up To-do’s for the (registered) segment? The help text nor the menu-options show me the way…
Why not just create another segment based on the logged segment? Then from the new segment, create your to-dos.
