We are using a custom label to create labels and the labels are in
D:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Server\DAX2012R3INstance\bin\Application\Appl\Standard
but when we view label files folder from AOT , there is no label file folder.
This is causing lot of problems as when moving models between environments, these labels are not getting moved.
and we are not able to export/import from AOT as there is no label file in AOT.
How to create a label file folder for existing labels?
Do you mean that you merely copied a file on disk instead of creating a label file in AOT? If so, there is indeed no label file in AOT and if it doesn’t exist, in can’t be in any model either and therefore it can’t be included in a model export.
Development is done in AOT; that’s where you must create the label file.
