Hi, I am doing an upgrade from 3.6 to 4.0. Normally I backup and restore this database. However, the Upgrade guide says alternatively I can open a copy of the existing database with new 4.0 client and convert it. However, this database has been split into two files on 2 separate drives. How can I copy this splited database instead of backup and restore it? Thanks, Trin
After normal filecopy af the databasefiles, you can start navision from a commandline using database parameter. c:\Program Files\Navision\FIN.EXE database=x:\database1.fdb+y:\database2.fdb
