conversion from financials 1.3 to attain 3.7

I have to convert a financials 1.3 to attain 3.7 (4.0 is not an option). Will Will financials 2.0 be able to convert 1.3 to 2.0? I guess I have to make the conversion from 1.3 to 2.0 and then from 2.0 to 2.6 and then from 2.6 to 3.7 since 2.6 cannot convert from 1.3 to 2.6.
