And is there any direct functionality is available in AX Side?

If Not, Is there any Workaround Process to Full fill the Consignment Sales Or

If it is Customized one, how we can achieve the goal to Complete this Task

Consignment sales mean different things to different people in the process flow, so you would have to describe first what your client means by consignment sales for us to answer the question in the manner you require.
