I have installed Commerce Gateway, version 3.60 NO. Sending purchase orders from Navision works but receiving orders does not. When an order enters BizTalk Server it is placed in Working Queue and stays there forever. No messages in Event log. I have applied all hot fixes up to and including 22.
Your fault is the NAS do not get messages out of the queue. The reason are connection problems. For that check the NAS and QUEUE settings in Navision. They must fit to the queues and the registry settings. For a better answer it need a mch more failure description and about the installed system. How many server do you use etc… And do not forget to clear all messages out of the JOBMQ and REQPMQ by hand. otherwise the NAS will not take the new messages out of the MQ.
I have solved the problem. The error was that I had entered host name instead of ip address in the properties of the channel.
