I am using navision 2013 R2 .Sir when client user login remotly then user in not able to access RTC It shows error
‘you dont have acess to MS NAV.verufy that u have been setup a valid user in MS Dynamic Nav’.
which type of permission have to give in sql server. please share your ideas.

Check whether the Remote User id and Password is added in Users in RTC …

User id is add in the RTC but password is not . we have to add password ? and why sir please tell me?

Yes sir user id is from ADS…then i added to RTC
Is there any other service running on the same server ?
Sir two other service is running on the server frist one for demo database and second for testing and third for live.
Try to add that user in other two services also and check
This weird problem I faced three days back and adding the same user in other two services resolved my problem …
