From yesterday, AX client crashes when I open the client.
Event viewer it shows 2 errors :

I tried deleting %appdata%/local/*.auc file and .kti files in client pc.
also, tried restarting AOS in server.
What happened before you got the error for the first time?
Does it happen to all users? On all machines?

As per Mr. Martin Drab’. I even checked other threads…
Since we got two servers one for production and other for Test. From the same client PC I tried to connect with Test Server. It works fine.
I am thinking of creating a new AOS in the production server pointing to the same DB as it was. And in client PCs… I can give new AOS in production Server. Hope it should work.
Or…any of our group consultants has any more tips…Pls. share.!

You can also analyze the crash dump in WinDbg to see call stacks, values of variables etc. Also note that some basic analysis can be done in LCS (Crash and Hang Analysis service).
Please share the solution with us. It may help other people in future.
